Our property is located at 7041 N Camino Martin in Tucson, AZ 85741. This location makes us a natural choice for residents of communities like Rillito, Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, Tucson, Picture Rocks, Flowing Wells, Casas Adobes, and Tortolita. Find us off I-10, near locations like Thornydale Elementary School, Target, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Mike Jacob Sports Park.
We’re located about ten miles from the University of Arizona. Students can access our property after a short, 15-minute drive from campus. Plus, we provide smaller units that are perfect for student storage over university breaks and during the summer months!
Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
We provide access hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day, during which times you can pop in and visit your rental. We close down our gate overnight to provide a more secure storage experience.
Of course. In fact, we encourage it! We’re located about 20 miles from base, which most of our customers don’t mind due to our proximity to local parks and I-10. If you’re a member of the armed forces, let us make life simpler with our affordable units and secure RV parking solutions.
Certainly. For starters, our property is located near Saguaro National Park, Ironwood Forest, Tortolita Mountain Park, Picacho Peak State Park, Tucson Mountain Park, and Mt. Lennon, so renting at our facility will mean an easier transition into or out of your outdoor weekend plans. Our RV parking spaces range from 15’ long to 40’ long, and we even have pull through spaces up to 38’ long. These reasons, combined with our standard facility features, make us the perfect RV storage solution!

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you’re welcome to move in anytime.
We require a 30-day written notice before you move out. Our manager will go over that process with you at the time of signing your lease.
We require a government-issued ID, like a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Nope! We rent on a month-to-month basis so that you aren’t locked into an unnecessary long-term contract. If you’d prefer to rent on a longer lease term than month-to-month, simply let our team know. We’re happy to accommodate you.
You can pay in person or mail a check or money order. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card or savings or checking account monthly.
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in. However, we also have locks available for purchase in our office.
Liquids, explosives, flammable material, perishables, and toxic materials are not permitted for storage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
